I’m Rohan Parrant — counsellor, coach, speaker, and wellbeing strategist. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people in building stronger bodies, sharper minds, and more meaningful lives.
I work at the intersection of mental health and performance — combining lived experience, professional training, and straight-talking support that makes a real difference.
Whether I’m on a construction site, in a corporate boardroom, coaching 1-on-1, or working with young people in schools — I show up with honesty, empathy, and no fluff.
